A health gluten-free recipe for the weekend 

 

Ingredients:
  • 3tbsp almond flour 
  • 3tbsp almond or coco milk 
  • 1tbsp Cocoa powder 
  • 1egg 
  • 1teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 1/2tbsp xylitol or honey 
  • Cinnamon to taste 
Instructions:

Prehaeth the oven in 180 degrees and blend all the ingredients together leaving the baking powder to end. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes and chop some 70-80% chocolate to put on top
Ps.: is not a big cake so use a small plate or double the ingredients
