I don't think that he needs introduction. Olivier Rousteing, who turned 30 years old friday, is changing the way brands communicate themselves with customers. No one can deny that he became famous as his own rights, made Balmain even bigger that it was and everybody is watching and hearing what he has to say. I love that he talks about how fashion needs to be relatable to everyone - and not just to white-rich people. Everybody should have a person to relate to in the industry, because fashion is way more than just clothes.

I love how down to earth this men is and I can't help but to ask myself what he's going to do next - because he's always do something out of the box. That's what the fashion industry needs, a creative type, extremely talented, with a lot of energy and love - and an open mind!
