Health Tips: Banana Cake

I'm always trying news combinations to eat a healthy cake that's also delicious and this cake is soooo good.


Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana mashed 
  • 1egg 
  • 1tbsp xylitol or honey
  • 2tbsp almond flour 
  • 1teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1teaspoon baking powder 
  • Cinnamon to taste 
I used almond flour here because I love the taste of it but this cake works with any flour of your choise. And I also use cinnamon in every recipe that I can, not only because I love it but also because is healthy and an antioxidant-rich spice. 

Instructions:

Blend the banana mashed with the egg and then mix all the ingredients together, leaving the baking powder for the end. Than bake in a pre-heated oven in 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Is a small cake, so use a smal recipient
